Plaza Cars files plans for 32K sf dealership in Midwood, paid Jeff Sutton $18M for site

Plaza Cars, on January 12, filed a permit application for construction of a 32,177-square-foot building at 2800 Nostrand Avenue in Midwood, Brooklyn. John Rosatti, filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 23-foot-tall, one-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00651958.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new one-story and cellar car dealership and showroom.

The architect listed is Genaro Urueta Inc.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $18 million on September 15, 2021, from real estate investor Jeff Sutton, who had owned the property since 1998. Rosatti obtained a new loan totaling $14.4 million secured by the property, and given by Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.
