Ben Kornblum files plans for 20-unit resi building in East Flatbush
Ben Kornblum, on January 12, filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 17,600-square-foot residential building at 353 East 31st Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
Over the previous 12 months there have been 40 new building plans filed in East Flatbush. Those plans combined to call for the construction of 757 new units in the neighborhood.
The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00643477. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: five-story residential new building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have half of a duplex unit, the lower half of which will be in the cellar. The ground floor will also have recreation space. Floors two through five will each have five dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.
The property was acquired for $600,000 on October 13, 2015.
