Plans for 64-unit resi building in Riverdale

A representative of the company 2074 Walton Realty LLC, on February 26, filed a permit application for construction of a 64-unit, 39,966-square-foot residential building at 173 East 205th Street in Riverdale, which is a vacant lot.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new apartment building.

The ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and nine dwelling units, according to the plans. Floors two through eight will each have eight dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have a laundry room.
