On July 26, plans were filed for $7M of work on the lobby of Trinity Church’s Hudson Square Properties office building at 345 Hudson Street in Soho, Manhattan. Hines filed the plans. Hudson Square Properties is a joint venture of Trinity Church Wall Street and Norges Bank Investment Management. Hines is the operating partner of the portfolio.

The plans call for work on the ground floor of the building. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00770271.

The project is described in the filing as: filing an Alt 1 for lobby relocation/renovation, exit discharge reconfiguration, convenience stair and lula elevator for floor 1 to cellar access.
