Tracy Mccormick files plans for 12-unit resi building in Bath Beach

Tracy Mccormick of Jonico Construction, on November 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 12-unit, 12,616-square-foot residential building at 122 Bay 26th Street in Bath Beach, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the construction of a 33-foot-tall, three-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00629541. The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 100 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed two-story, basement and cellar, 12 family building as per plans filed herewith.

Per the plans, floors one and two of the building will each have four dwelling units. The cellar will also have four dwelling units.

The architect listed is Design Studio Associates.

The property was acquired for $2.8 million on October 31, 2021.
