Plans filed for 58-unit resi building in East Williamsburg.

A developer using the name Hs Hs, on May 12, filed a permit application for construction of a 58-unit, 30,410-square-foot residential building at 528 Grand Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The property is owned by the AF 2020 Irrevocable Trust.

There have been 47 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00735403.

The development site spans multiple tax lots. The lot has a width of 125 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed application filed herewith for a new eight-story building, with a total of 58 class ‘A’ dwelling units.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have four dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have nine dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor will have eight dwelling units, the sixth floor will have seven dwelling units, and floors seven and eight will each have six dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space and the cellar will have storage. The building will have 29 parking spaces.
