Marino Mazzei files plans for construction of a 27-unit resi building in Borough Park

Marino Mazzei through the company Bonafide Realty LLC, on May 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 27-unit, 29,318-square-foot residential building at 1237 57th Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn.

There have been 30 new building plans, including these plans, filled in the neighborhood in the last 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 30-foot-tall, three-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00731684.

The plans span one tax lot. The lot has a width of 220 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed three-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have three dwelling units, a lobby, and a lounge. Floors two and three will each have 12 dwelling units per floor. The building will have 23 parking spaces.

The architect listed is Archimaera Architecture Pc.

The property was acquired for $4.1 million on December 27, 2016.
