Plans filed for 52-unit resi building in Riverdale

Astrit Ulaj through the company 390 Mosholu LLC, on January 26, filed a permit application for construction of a 52-unit, 38,051-square-foot residential building at 390 East Mosholu Parkway South in Riverdale, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 110-foot tall, 10-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new building application to include partial demolition and Class A apartments.

The cellar of the building will have an office, fitness room, laundry room, and common room, per the plans. The ground floor will have a lobby and four dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have six dwelling units per floor, while floors five through 10 will each have five dwelling units per floor.

Freyer Collaborative Architects is listed as the architect on the filing.

No demolition plans have been filed yet.

The property was acquired for $2.6 million on May 14, 2018.
