A&R Properties Group files plans for 94-unit mixed-use building in Flushing

A&R Properties Group, on January 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 94-unit, 74,405-square-foot mixed-use building at 71-82 Parsons Boulevard in Flushing, Queens. Joshua Asherian, executive acquisitions director at A&R, filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of an 82-foot tall, eight-story mixed-use building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed eight-story mixed-use building.

The building’s cellar will have accessory parking space for 31 cars, per the plans. The ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, community facility, and parking for an additional 15 car. The second floor will have a common terrace, residential lounge, laundry room, and 15 dwelling units, five of which will have private terraces. Floors three through six will each have 16 dwelling units per floor. The seventh floor will have multiple recreation spaces and seven dwelling units, six of which will have private terraces. The eighth floor will have eight dwelling units, one of which will have a private terrace.

ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $3.3 million on December 3, 2013.

No demolition plans have been filed.
