Plans filed for 47-unit resi building in Mount Eden
Yehuda Zelik, on January 25, filed a permit application for construction of a 47-unit, 29,601-square-foot residential building at 1436 Jesup Avenue in Mount Eden, the Bronx. Yehuda Zelik is listed as the management agent, through the Management Crew. The plans say four tax lots from 1436 to 1440 Jesup are to be merged or reapportioned, but there is no zoning lot merger yet recorded with the city’s Acris.
The parcel 1436 Jesup identifies Migdalia Fermaintt as owner. She acquired the building in 1993 for an undisclosed price. The other two parcels, 1438 and 1440 Jesup, have other owners. The filing also lists 1434 Jesup as part of the zoning lot.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new seven-story residential building.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have parking spaces for 14 cars and one dwelling unit. Floors two through six will each have eight dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have six dwelling units, laundry and a terrace. The roof will have a recreation space just under 3,000-square-feet.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect.
No demolition plans have been filed yet.
