TCO for 39-unit mixed-use building in Bushwick

Stephan Tchorbajian through the company Green Grove Street LLC, on January 25, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 39-unit, 32,188-square-foot mixed-use building at 380 Grove Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn.

The plans, pre-filed on November 2, 2017, call for the construction of a 54-foot tall, five-story mixed-use building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed five-story mixed-use development as per plans.

The cellar of the building has parking space for 20 vehicles, per the plans. The ground floor has commercial space, a residential lobby, recreation space, and community space. The second floor has 10 dwelling units and a residential terrace. Floors three and four each have 11 dwelling units per floor, while the fifth floor has seven dwelling units and terraces. The roof has additional recreation space.

Jeffrey Kamen is listed as the architect.
