Plans filed for 46-unit mixed-use building in Staten Island

Thomas Cordasco, as the primary applicant, is planning to construct a five-story mixed-use building at 252 Victory Boulevard
in Staten Island.

According to the plans, the building will have residential, commercial, and community space. There will be 46 dwelling units, 12 of which will be permanently affordable. The building will also have parking space within the building.

The plans were disclosed in an application seeking a rezoning from R3-2/R3X to R6B-C1-3 and Special Hillsides Preservation District authorizations to facilitate the development.

The development will span five lots.
