Plans filed for 40K sf school in Ocean Parkway

Ari Lew under the Lawrence Charitable Trust, on January 8, filed a permit application for construction of a 40,956-square-foot school building at 50 Lawrence Avenue in Ocean Parkway.

The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot tall, six-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed new six-story school building.

All six floors, as well as the cellar and sub-cellar will be used for school space, according to the plans. The roof of the building will have a play area.

IMC Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

The property was acquired for $3.8 million on August 31, 2020.
