Plans filed for 40-unit mixed-use building in Tremont

Darwin Torres, on April 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 40-unit 31,987-square-foot mixed-use building at 2324 Webster Avenue in Tremont, The Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story mixed-use building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00506219. The building will occupy one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new apartment building with community facility and commercial space on first floor.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space, a residential lobby, and a health care facility. Floors two through seven will each have six dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have four dwelling units.

The estimated job cost is $7,000,000.
