Olnick Organization files plans for $5.4M multi-floor rehab of resi building in UWS

The Olnick Organization filed plans for a $5.4 million rehabilitation of several floors of a residential building at 201 West 77th Street in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The building has 127 residential units and seven commercial units.

The plans call for a rehab of floors one through 17 of the 165-foot tall, 17-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00462405.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation to units throughout as shown on plans.

BKSK Architects LLP is listed as the architect.

The developer paid the family of late real estate investor Charles Goldner’s CTIC 201 LLC $106.4 million for the property in the fall of 2019.

The developer financed the purchase with a $50 million loan from First Republic Bank.
