Plans filed for 37K sf mixed-use building in Flatbush

Daniel Halevy using the company 510 Kingston Partners LLC, on December 9, filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 37,743-square-foot mixed-use building at 500 Kingston Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story mixed-use building.

The project is described in the filings as: filing for mixed-use new building development with community facility use in the first and second floors, with 32 residential dwelling units on third through the seventh floors.

The cellar will have parking for 17 cars, per the plans. The ground floor will have two fellowship halls, community facility space, community lobby, and a residential lobby. The second floor will have a gallery, main hall balcony, recreation space, storage space, office space, and the upper level of the community lobby. The third floor will have eight dwelling units, one public terrace and three private terraces. The fourth floor will have seven dwelling units and four terraces. The fifth floor will have eight dwelling units, four terraces, and a balcony. The sixth floor will have five dwelling units and four terraces, while the seventh floor will have four dwelling units, two terraces, and one balcony. The roof will provide an additional terrace.

INOA Architecture will be behind the design.

The developer originally filed plans in late 2014 for a similar building. However, those plans were disapproved.

No demolition plans have been filed.
