Plans filed for 35K sf health care facility in SI

Charles Farina as filing representative, on June 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 34,998-square-foot health care facility at 2175 Richmond Avenue in Staten Island.

The plans call for the construction of a 47-foot tall, three-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number S00508747. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed three-story ambulatory care facility and affiliated medical offices. The scope of work for this application is solely for the general construction of the core and shell and accessory parking lot only.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, reception, and waiting area. Floors two and three will each be used for health care facility space
