Efraim Weber permitted for 124-unit mixed-use building in Clinton Hill
Efraim Weber, on June 22, was given a permit for construction of a 124-unit, 88,368-square-foot mixed-use building at 963 Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill.
The permit issued was a new building permit. The developer received initial foundation permits in April.
The plans, pre-filed on September 16, 2019, call for the construction of a 95-foot tall, nine-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: construct new nine-story mixed-use building as per plans filed.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have indoor and outdoor recreation spaces, a retail store, and three dwelling units each with private terraces. Floors two through six will each have 16 dwelling units per floor, the seventh floor will have 15 dwelling units, and floors eight and nine will each have 13 dwelling units. Seven units on the second floor will have private terraces, three units on the eighth floor will have private terraces, and one unit on the ninth floor will have a private terrace. The cellar will have an exercise room, game room, pet care, recreation spaces, an office, and parking for 51 cars. The roof will have recreation space.
Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is listed as the architect.
In April, Weber signed a new construction loan agreement with Axos Bank valued at $25.2 million for the development.
