City files plans for 54K sf school in Fresh Meadows

New York City School Construction Authority, on June 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 54,230-square-foot school building at 195-15 73rd Avenue in Fresh Meadows, Queens.

The plans call for the construction of a 58-foot tall, four-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: new four-story building at PS 26Q.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a kitchen, servery, cafeteria, office space, and storage space. Floors two through four will all have storage, office, and classroom space.

The architect is di Domenico + Partners.

No demolition plans have been filed.
