Plans filed for 31-unit resi building in Schuylerville

Alfred Mitaj through the company First Structure LLC, on February 10, filed a permit application for construction of a 31-unit, 21,433-square-foot residential building at 1616 Crosby Avenue in Schuylerville, the Bronx.

The plans, pre-filed on February 10, 2021, call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, eight-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new apartment building.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and recreation room. Floors two through five will each have five dwelling units per floor, floors six and seven will each have four dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have three dwelling units and a recreation room. The building will have nine outside parking spaces and laundry in the cellar.

Badaly Architect PLLC is listed as the architect.

No demolition plans have been filed yet.
