Ogden CAP, on January 10, filed plans for a $3 million rehab of a medical building’s exterior at 215 East 95th Street in Yorkville, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on the facade of the 380-foot-tall, 35-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00591112.

The project is described in the filing as: facade repairs as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy
