Khosrow Soleimanzadeh files plans for 24-unit mixed-use building in North Corona

Khosrow Soleimanzadeh, on January 6, filed a permit application for construction of a 24-unit, 23,947-square-foot mixed-use building at 32-53 101st Street in North Corona, Queens.

The plans are one of five new building plans filed in North Corona in the previous 12 months. These plans called for the construction of the most dwelling units of any of the plans during that span, and were the only plans to call for the construction of more than four dwelling units.

The plans call for the construction of a 58-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00657682. The development site spans four tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: propose five-story mixed-use new building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space and a residential lobby. The second floor will have recreation space and six dwelling units. Floors three through five will each have six dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have retail space and 12 parking spaces.

The estimated job cost is listed at $7 million.

The property was acquired with four other properties for $4.3 million on November 18, 2021.
