Plans filed for 24K sf community building in Brighton Beach
Natalya Zagranichny through the company 23 Brighton 11th Holdings LLC, on July 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 24,676-square-foot community building at 23 Brighton 11th Street in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the construction of a 81-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00544050. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: new eight-story community facility building.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and nursery for 43 children and 19 staff members. The second floor will have day care space for 87 children and 21 staff members. Floors three through eight will be occupied by health care office space.
