Haussmann Development files plans for 28-unit building in West Harlem

Haussmann Development, on July 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 28-unit, 19,071-square-foot building at 521 West 134th Street in West Harlem, Manhattan. Josef Goodman, Principal at Haussmann Development, filed the plans.

The plan call for the construction of an 80-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00551052. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: construct new eight-story residential building as per plans filed.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and two dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor, while floors seven and eight will each have three dwelling units. The roof will have multiple terraces.

The architect listed is Ndkazalas Architecture P.C.

The property was acquired for $2.9 million on May 20, 2021.
