Plans filed for $2.4M exterior rehab of condo in Cobble Hill
SCI Builders Inc., on August 2, filed plans for a $2.4 million rehabilitation of a condo building’s exterior at 417 Hicks Street in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.
Frank Farella is the owner of the fee interest of the property, which he as landlord in 2008 leased for 49 years to Hudson Companies, which converted the building into a condo project called Cobble Hill Towers. The condo, CD090176, has a $91.4 million sellout with the New York State Attorney General.
The plans call for a rehab of the facade of the 60-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00550676.
The project is described in the filing as: Filing for exterior facade restoration.
The architect listed is Jan Hird Pokorny Architects Pc.
