Douglaston Development files plans for 158-unit mixed-use building in Clinton
Douglaston Development, on July 29, filed a permit application for construction of a 158-unit, 131,668-square-foot mixed-use building at 504 West 49th Street in Clinton, Manhattan. Joel Kolkmann, VP of land use and affordable development with Douglaston, filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of a 66-foot-tall, eight-story mixed-use building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00536051. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: filing for mixed-use residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have medical offices, a fitness room, and four dwelling units. Floors two through eight will each have 22 dwelling units per floor.
The architect listed is S9 Architecture And Engineering PC.
Earlier this year, in January, Gotham Organization filed a permit application for construction of a 453-unit, 428,208-square-foot mixed-use building at 550 10th Avenue in the neighborhood.
