Plans filed for 17-unit mixed-use building in Jamaica
Simranjeet Singh through the company Shalbro Construction Group, on August 9, filed a permit application for construction of a 17-unit, 12,498-square-foot mixed-use building at 166-11 91st Avenue in Jamaica, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00554634.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new seven-story mixed-use building.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and community facility space. The second floor will have two dwelling units and recreation space. Floors three through seven will each have three dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have accessory residential space and additional community facility space.
The architect listed is Lu Ning Architecture, PLLC.
The estimated job cost is just under $2 million.
The property was acquired for $1 million on March 10, 2021.
