Plans filed for 10-unit mixed-use building in East New York

Jaswinder Ghotra, on July 19, filed a permit application for construction of a 10-unit, 8,797-square-foot building at 717 Sutter Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the construction of a 47-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00560052. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new four-story commercial and residential building as per drawings herewith filed.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two commercial space, one studio apartment, and recreation space. Floors two through four will each have three dwelling units per floor.
