Pinchus Blum files plans for 90-unit resi building in Crown Heights
Pinchus Blum through the company Lexington Design NY INC., on February 7, filed a permit application for construction of a 90-unit, 64,673-square-foot building at 733 Lincoln Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00655818. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new five-story and cellar residential building.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a game room, exercise room, computer room, recreation space, a lobby, and five dwelling units. The second floor will have 22 dwelling units. Floors three through five will each have 21 dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The building will have 46 parking spaces.
