Piermont Properties is fully permitted to construct 93-unit resi building in Holliswood
Piermont Properties, on October 26, was given a new building permit for construction of a 93-unit, 72,308-square-foot residential building at 188-11 Hillside Avenue in Holliswood, Queens. The developer was issued initial foundation permits on August 31.
The plans, pre-filed on July 5, 2019, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building. Micheal Grey of Piermont, was the owner representative on the filing.
The project is described in the filings as: file herewith for the construction of a new residential building with community facility and parking garage.
According to the plans, the cellar will have laundry facilities, storage space, and community facilities. The ground floor will have additional community space and a lobby. The second floor will have 22 dwelling units and a recreation area. Floors three through five will each have 18 dwelling units per floor. Floors six and seven will each have 11 dwelling units, the sixth floor will also have a recreation space.
EDI Architects Planning Pc is listed as the architect.
The developer signed a new construction loan agreement with lender Bank OZK valued at $29.3 million for the development back in June.
The property was acquired for $9.2 million on March 29, 2017.
