Alfred Quinones plans 40K mixed-use building in Castle Hill

Alfred Quinones, through 510 East Realty, Inc., is planning to construct a 40,944-square-foot mixed use building at 909 Castle Hill Avenue in the Bronx.

The five-story mixed-use building will have approximately 34,754-square-feet of residential space, 3,744-square-feet of ground floor commercial space, and 2,446-square-feet of community facility space.

The plans were disclosed in an application requesting a zoning map amendment from an R3-2 to an R6B/C1-3 and R6B, and a zoning text amendment pursuant to Appendix F of the Zoning Resolution to facilitate the new development.

No new building plans have been filed with the NYC Department of Buildings yet. The property is currently occupied by two multifamily buildings.
