Phipps Houses receives TCO for 110K sf parking garage in Forest Hills

Phipps Houses, on October 14, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 110,676-square-foot parking garage at 108-40 Horace Harding Expressway in Forest Hills, Queens.

The plans, pre-filed on April 23, 2018, call for the construction of a 42-foot tall, four-story structure. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and six months.

The project is described in the filings as: new four-story accessory parking garage.

The plans indicate the building will have 136 parking spaces on the ground floor, 140 parking spaces each on floors two and three, and 88 parking spaces on the fourth floor.

Curtis + Ginsberg Architects was the architect for the development.
