Peter Fine through the entity 2-6 East Tremont Avenue LLC paid $5.5 million to Arnold Blank as trustee, for the mixed-use building (K4) at 1956 Jerome Avenue in Tremont, Bronx.
The deal closed on April 15, 2021 and was recorded on April 27, 2021.
