Solomon Kafif pays $4.5M to a family trust for retail in Fordham

Solomon Kafif through the entity K Brothers Kingsbridge LLC paid $4.5 million to Alexander Walker trust through the entity 2 East Realty Co, A New York Limited Partnership for retail building (K1) at 2640 Jerome Avenue in Fordham, Bronx.
The deal closed on April 16, 2021 and was recorded on April 27, 2021.
The property has 6,500 square feet of built space and 37,068 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 43,584 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $692 and the price per buildable square foot is $103 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 24-Apr-06, for $1.1 million.
