Perry Moradof files plans for 29-unit mixed-use building in Astoria
Perry Moradof through the company Astocrest Holding LLC, on January 4, filed a permit application for construction of a 29-unit, 20,696-square-foot mixed-use building at 23-33 Astoria Boulevard in Astoria, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: this application is filed for new building, seven-story mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the building’s cellar will have laundry and recreation space. The ground floor will have a lobby, recreation space, and retail space. Floors two through six will each have five dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have four dwelling units. The roof will have a 2,754-square-foot common terrace.
HCN Design & Consulting is the architect listed.
Demolition of the single-story building that previously occupied the property was completed in November of 2020.
The property was acquired for $2.4 million on December 27, 2019.
