Atlantis Development files plans for 49-unit resi building in Tremont

Atlantis Development, on January 4, filed a permit application for construction of a 49-unit, 33,716-square-foot residential building at 2001 Creston Avenue in Tremont.

The plans call for the construction of a 63-foot tall, seven-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction of new multifamily building.

According to the plans, floors one through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The ground floor will have storage space, while the second floor will have accessory open space.

Leder-Luis Architectural Design, PLLC is the architect named.

No demolition plans have been filed yet.

The property was acquired for $1,000,000 on September 25, 2017.
