Permit for 44-unit resi building in Jackson Heights

On March 18, a permit was given for construction of a 44-unit, 37,331-square-foot residential building at 35-63 95th Street in Jackson Heights, Queens.

The plans were filed by Shun Qian Liu through the company Prudential Queens Realty LLC on March 12, 2020. However, in December of 2020 the developer sold the property for $7.3 million to 9501 Realty LLC. Chak Chong was the signatory for the buyer in the transaction.

Both new building and foundation permits were issued.

The plans call for the construction of a 69-foot tall, six-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby. The second floor will have 11 dwelling units and multiple terraces. Floors three through five will each have 10 dwelling units per floor while the sixth floor will have five dwelling units will several terraces. The cellar will have a parking garage will space for 22 cars.

No demolition plans have been filed.
