Abraham Biller permitted for 51-unit resi building in Tremont

Abraham Biller through the company 2069 Honeywell LLC, on March 18, was given a permit for construction of a 51-unit, 36,148-square-foot residential building at 2069 Honeywell Avenue in Tremont, the Bronx.

The plans, pre-filed on April 7, 2020, call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, eight-story residential building.

The plans are described in the filing as: proposed new eight-story residential building.

The ground floor of the building will have utility rooms, according to the plans. The second floor will have four dwelling units, floors three through seven will each have eight dwelling units per floor, the eighth floor will have seven dwelling units with two terraces. The building will have parking for 10 cars.

S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition plans were filed in February 2020 and completed last August. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
