Yisroel Greenfeld, on June 3, was given a permit for construction of a 33-unit, 22,270-square-foot residential building at 411 Meeker Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

The Greenpoint plans, pre-filed on October 7, 2019, call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, six-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed new six-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have five dwelling units. The second floor will have parking for 17 cars. Floors three and four will each have eight dwelling units, the fifth floor will have seven dwelling units, while the sixth floor will have five dwelling units.

Peter Pizzimenti is the architect named.

The property was acquired for $7.5 million on June 26, 2019.
