Permit for 108-unit resi building in Bed-Stuy
MacQuesten Construction Management in partnership with the East Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation, on July 12, received a permit for construction of a 108-unit, 97,232-square-foot residential building at 1510 Broadway in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Rella Fogliano, CEO at MacQuesten, filed the plans. The building will be broken into an east and west wing.

The plans, pre-filed on June 14, 2019, call for the construction of a 85-foot tall, eight-story, 97,232-square-foot residential building with 108 residential units.
The plans are described in the filings as: eight-story mixed-use new building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have multiple commercial spaces, residential lobbies in the east and west wings, and eight total dwelling units, four in each wing. The remaining dwelling units will span the upper floors of each wing.
