Paul Lumaj files plans for 40-unit building in University Heights

Paul Lumaj through the company Dedaj Construction Corp., on February 21, filed a permit application for construction of a 40-unit, 27,022-square-foot building at 2519 Sedgwick Avenue in University Heights, Bronx.

There have been 12 new building plans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00676863. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new apartment building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have one dwelling unit and recreation space. Floors two through six will each have six dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have four dwelling units.

The architect listed is Badaly Architects.
