Hershel Brach files plans for 15K sf mixed-use building in Williamsburg
Hershel Brach through the company BSD Middleton LLC, on June 9, filed a permit application for construction of a four-unit, 15,186-square-foot mixed-use building at 125 Middleton Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
There have been 53 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00750243.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 51 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed five-story mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a library. Floors two through five will each have one dwelling unit per floor. The cellar will have four offices in conjunction with the library on the ground floor. The building will have one parking spaces.
The property was acquired for $5 million on January 18, 2022.
