Partner of investment fund Global Infrastructure Partners pays $21M for townhouse in Carnegie Hill

Matthew Harris, a founding partner of investment fund Global Infrastructure Partners through the entity Three East 94th Associates LLC paid Lisa Gilligan’s Tite Street Partners LLC $21.0 million for 3 East 94th Street in Carnegie Hill. The deal closed on November 6, 2019, and was recorded on December 2, 2019. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class single-family, city residence (A4). The property is 7,110 square feet.
Compass broker Kevin Sneddon represented the sellers.

Gilligan and her late husband Edward, former American Express president, bought it on October 12, 2010, for $18,500,000.
The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with one residential unit on April 22, 2016.
