Parmod Chadha filed a permit application for construction of a 98-key, 30,017-square-foot hotel at 975 Washington Avenue in Morrisania, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, seven-story hotel and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00487833. The owner entity in the filing is Chand White Plains LLC.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed seven-story hotel.

The ground floor of the building, per the plans, will have a hotel lobby, reception area, office, and 10 hotel rooms. Floors two through seven will each have 14 hotel rooms per floor, while the cellar will have four hotel rooms. The building will also have three open parking spaces.
