Abe Betesh files plans for 48-unit mixed-building in East Flatbush

Abe Betesh filed a permit application for construction of a 48-unit, 45,350-square-foot mixed-use building at 906 East New York Avenue in East Flatbush.

The plans call for the construction of an 80-foot tall, eight-story mixed-use building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number B00482269.

The project is described in the filings as: new eight-story and cellar mixed-use residential and community facility building.

The estimated job cost is listed as $5,000,000.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a health facility, residential lobby, and a parking garage for 14 cars. The second floor will have a recreation room and health care facility. Floors three through eight will each have eight dwelling units per floor.
