Parmod Chadha files plans for 47-key hotel in East Flatbush

Parmod Chadha through the Chand White Plains LLC filed a permit application for construction of a 47-key, 14,548-square-foot hotel at 430 East 188th Street in Belmont, the Bronx.

The developer recently filed plans for a 98-key, 30,017-square-foot hotel at 975 Washington Avenue, about three miles south in Morrisania.

The 188th Street plans call for the construction of an 85-foot tall, eight-story hotel building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00482591.

The project is described in the filings as: Proposed eight-story hotel.

The estimated job cost is listed as $1,800,000.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have three hotel rooms. Floors two through eight will each have six hotel rooms per floor. The cellar will have two hotel rooms.
