MCM Developers permitted for 30-unit resi building in Central Harlem
MCM Developers, on March 23, was given a permit for construction of a 30-unit, 21,561-square-foot residential building at 101 Macombs Place in Central Harlem. Mordechai Hirsch filed the plans.
The permit issued was a plumbing permit. The developer received initial new building and foundation permits in December.
The plans, pre-filed on February 20, 2019, call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, seven-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new residential building.
The ground floor of the building will have a recreation room, residential lobby, and three dwelling units, per the plans. Floors two through four will each have five dwelling units per floor, while floors five through seven will each have four dwelling units per floor. The building will also have recreation space in the cellar and on the roof.
Fischer Makooi Architects is listed as the architect.
Demolition plans were filed in 2018, but then later withdrawn.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
The property was acquired for $2.4 million on December 12, 2017.
