Dovie Sperlin submitted plans for a condominium with 12 residential units at 630 East New York Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The plans, CD210075, have a current sellout price of $19,685,000 with the New York State Attorney General. Dovie Sperlin is listed as the principal of the sponsor.
In November of 2015, the developer through the company 632-634 Realty LLC filed a permit application calling for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story, 39,640-square-foot mixed-use building with 12 dwelling units. Per the plans, the building has 26,756-square-feet of residential space and 12,884-square-feet of community space. The building received its initial TCO in December of 2019.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building has two dwelling units. The second floor has one dwelling unit, floors three through five each have two dwelling units per floor, while floors six and seven each have halves of three duplex units. The cellar has recreation space.
