Paramount Group finishes $22.8M multi-floor rehab of 1325 Sixth Ave
Paramount Group Inc., on February 11, formally completed a $22.8 million rehabilitation of several floors of an office building at 1325 Sixth Avenue in Midtown West.
The plans, pre-filed on May 9, 2019, call for a rehab of floors five through nine, 12, and the cellar of the 499-foot tall, 34-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: general construction modifications as per plans filed herewith. Work to take place within cellar and floors five through nine and 12. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $22,846,282.
Gensler was the architect for the project.
The firm filed six A1 or A2 plans last year at the building. None of the rehab projects were of significant size. The largest called for a $250,000 rehab of the ground floor and the cellar.
