Paramount files plans for $20.7M of HVAC work at 60 Wall Street

Paramount Group, on May 27, filed plans for a $20.7M project at 60 Wall Street in Financial District, Manhattan.

Last month, Paramount filed $75.7M plans, part of a project aimed to modernize and reimagine the building.

The plans call for a modification of the HVAC system in the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00690583.

The project is described in the filing as: modification to existing HVAC system as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
